I am the regulatory innovations practitioner & consultant, having more than four years experience as the EBRD senior PM on fintech strategy, digital technologies and regulatory platforms development serving local authorities (incl central banks). 

I was responsible for the capacity building, business development & multi stakeholders (incl cross geography) engagement; innovative regulatory / legal environment (sandbox) design & deployment. 

Now I am working on AI ethical principles in finance development (the work has been started within my AI programme Oxford University / Saïd Business School study to be continued in Cambridge Centre for Finance, Technology & Regulation). 

The next career step – Ethical AI principles development and research, AI executive programme launch, digital sandbox deployment (to mitigate AI model risks) to support safe, human-focused and diverse AI-driven future.•I am life long-learning person, always hungry for knowledge, staying up-to date with the latest trends in the industry. 

I studied digital comms in London Metropolitan (MSc diploma), fintech in Cambridge Judge Business School (certificate), leadership and AI in Oxford Saïd Business School (certificates), Generative AI for decision makers (AWS certificate) and Global Internet Governance in Carnegi Mellon University (certificate).
