In his 8 years at BSI, Gavin has led a number of portfolios including those for the built environment and energy sectors, and curated the first UK strategic committee on hydrogen. His interests lie in digital sector and industry development, cross-functional working, diversity (expert, professional and personal), and digital business development.
Before joining BSI, Gavin worked in a number of different publishing roles, for HarperCollins and business-to-business publishers including WoltersKluwer and Gartner. Gavin holds a bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Royal Holloway College (London University), an Open University MBA, and is a member of the British Computer Society.
